4. Delivery Attempts & Order Handling

  • If the first delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, a second attempt may be scheduled.
  • If the recipient is unavailable for multiple delivery attempts, the order may be canceled.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the provided delivery address during the expected timeframe.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging must be provided for verification.
  • A replacement will be issued if the claim is verified and approved.
